Hey guys!! im 21 5'4 (165cm) and 156 pounds. im currently really sick so i have probably lost a few kilos..anyway i have low body fat (dont really no wat it is, but i got defined abs) & training hard for 2 years!!
this is my daily diet pls dont laugh
1) 4 of those oat biscuits in australia they are called weetbix? and 4 egg whites.
2)1000cal protein shake with piece of fruit
3)white rice with piece of steak or chicken
4)b4 gym- proably make a sandwhich of chicken slices (like sliced ham) with dried tomatos or something
5)after gym 1000cal protein shake with fruit
6)dinner depends on what mum made haha generally a good filling meal with rice and meat
7)b4 bed 2x 200 gram low fat yogurt
yeh i no ths diet frikken suks thats y i am hereso i need some good help so i can put on some real weight!! just one more thing guys i dont want a complicated diet something simple cause i study fulltime and work a full time also so its really hard!! anyway no time for excuses any help will be much appreciated!!
