Alright, so I have been hitting the free weights & gyms now for about 5 years strong..
I have the gist of what it takes to keep form & definition.
Diet, discipline, knowledge, & determination..
Anyway, just interested in taking it to another level and am just accumulating information here on what to do next, & how to go about it.
Any help or insight is much appreciated.
