I'm looking to do my first cycle in about 6 weeks and need to lose as much weight/fat as possible. I've always been able to lose about 15lbs in 6 weeks, but would like to lose 25lbs if possible. I'm 5'9 and 215lbs. My workout routine normally is about 1 hr of cardio and lifting 3 times a week... I need a good clean diet to go along with that. Any thoughts? My cycle is geared towards strength gains/not size and fat loss. I know that's a science and need some direction. Any thoughts on a Diet during my cycle would be helpful too. I will be running D-ball for 4 weeks, Test E for 12 weeks and Winstral for 8 weeks. I thought that would be a good strength and cut cycle. Again I don't want too much size.
