    Question Clen anticatabolic

    Can Someone who as ever used clen for the anti-catabolic reasons. please tell me the correct dosages and any other info, cheers .............DaRkOmEn

    I don't think people use clen purley for it's anti catabolic properties but if u were to I'd propably run a dose from 80-120 mcgs. I personally think clens anti catabolic properties are overrated too.

    make sure u split ure dosages up and you can include it in your pct for 2 reasons...1 it will help burn off extra fat and 2 it has slight anti-catabolic properties which is always a plus and def cant help...its really good if you were bulking to help get off extra fat you may put on

    ive always taken it all 1st thing in the morning because it has a half live of 34hrs, y wud u split it up?

    I never split it up either. I like to, at least, get a little bit of sleep :P

    As far as the anabolic effects of Clen, I've read that they are negligible until weeks 6-8 of continued usage. Even then, I'm still not sure it's worth taking if for that specific effect. In general, however, Clen can be classified as a 'muscle sparing' stimulant if that's what you mean by anti-catabolic.

    Regarding dosage, I'd say whatever your regular max is - 120ish?

    i split it up b/c if i take 100mcg or 150mcg at once i feel like im jaked outa my mind rippin through my skin like i just took a shitload of xtc or adderall lol...when i split the dosage up i dont get that feeling or the shakes nearly as bad

    I'm on my 4th week of using just Clen/Tamox during my PCT from a 3 week M-drol cycle. My body fat is going down weekly but i still seem to be putting on LBM. My mid-section is shrinking and my upper body is still growing. I have been doing 120mcg a day except for the 3rd week when i was taken the keto had to drop the dose to 80mcg cause it makes the Clen more effective. I work out 3 times a week and do 35 Mins cardio 4 times a week. I'm going to do 6 to 8 weeks to see what happens. So far Clen from Lion works great. As long as you pick the right daily dose for yourself.

    agreed on no reason to split up the dosage, and save some for your pct, clen can have anti catabolic effects. Also everyone is different with dosages for clen, very subjective, good luck bro.
