    dbol schedual

    this is my first steroid to even get my hands on or try so im running this cycle solo. my buddy that has done the same told me to use this schedual but i thought 25-30 mg the first week or 2 then 40-50mg for the next 4-6 weeks, but idk i dont wana take any risks.

    wk 1 - 25mg
    wk 2 - 30mg
    wk 3 - 35mg
    wk 4 - 40-45 mg
    wk 5 - 40-45 mg
    wk 6 - 35mg
    wk 7 - 35mg

    and if i have any left ill run 30 mg
    opinions please!

    first question is always your stats

    please say you are not running dbol alone, and why are you running it 7 weeks +? Do you want to keep your liver?

    no point ramping doses, but make a proper cycle and do research if you are thinking of running it alone

    How long have you been training for?
    Doesnt matter what your buddy has done or told you to do.

    im 6'7 220 have been training for 2 years on and off. mostly for football which was not mass but ive been training for mass for about 6 months and have had significant gains, i know what im doing.

    im just saying im not some skinny douchebag that thinks steroids will get me huge. i know dbol wont get me huge i just want to try it, it worked very well for my buddy, actually 2 of them so id like to give it a shot. just wanted advice on how to take it, i personally think 30 mg wk 1 then 5 weeks of 40mg

    well, looks like you are going to do this regardless of what people say. Dbol should always be run alongside test. I have minimal cycle experience, but @ 5'9, Im 8lbs lighter than you, porbably leaner and Im one of the smaller guys on here. I would never run Dbol alone.

    If you do go through with it and it is your first time with it, then 25/day is lots and dont go over 6 weeks. Make sure you have proper PCT or all you will do is get fat when you finish your little cycle.

    And cause none of us want to see you hurt yourself, please pick up some milk thistle and/or Liv52 to help your liver live through this.

    u dont grow tits btw, if u do it properly after ur done u can keep mass. i have 2 examples that gained 20 pounds kept 15 and are still gaining right now. and im 18, so arnt they. there not dead so i wont be

    I'm assuming those 2 examples are about the same age as yourself. You'd be surprised that d-bol probably had little or nothing to do with their gains. You're too young to do any steroid whatsoever.

    if ur 18 then by now u should be recieving ur scholorship offers, atleast verbal commitment. are u recieving any?

    and yeah, u are skinny bro, or atleast for that height u are. if ur friends jumped off a bridge and didnt die would u do it thinking u wouldnt die?

    For someone who has absolutely no experience with steroids, I don't think you should be telling me what does or does not happen.

    Do your cycle and see how you compare with your 'examples'.

    i played football for 1 year. im taking this because i leave for the marines in 3 months im getting my strength up and reason i dont care about losing half the weight i gain is because my max ship weight is 230. im using this to bulk and im cutting for a month

    Most would say not to run an dbol only cycle, but i have when i was ur age for the simple fact of sports and trying to get an edge. Im not going to say it didnt help, but i did it all wrong, i would take it and have no pct not sure at the time what i was putting in my body. If you decide to do it, get u some pct, im guessing u dont have any right now. Another thought is just get urself some good creatine, and weight gainer, work low reps, and eat a lot.

    You are skinny! Face it. dbol only is a waste, I'm sure you have no pct, you're 18, arrogant, and you've been working out off and on......so many problems here

    Agreed... diet, sleep,gym is the key take a look at your diet try 2 improve it a little decent weight gainer good creatine should make ya grow like a weed at your age.
