Since you guys seem to know what you're doing, maybe I'll stick around.

I don't get too open in most forums, and it's not due to the rudeness or criticism because if it's needed; it's defiantly welcomed. But I'm Mike, my current stats are below along with a little history of myself.

I'm around 5'10-11, 22 years old, current weight is 143.2lb and fluctuates between that and 145-146, athletic-I'm a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitzu.. The most I've been was 160 and have the stretchmarks to prove so lol. The only AAS I've done thus far is DBOL, I had great results from that going from 143 to the 160 but I lost a lot of it (down to 138) and I believe that was from getting sick and then going downhill from there after realizing I had lost a lot of weight. My starting weight before lifting was 128, I got up to 138 after using Cell-Tech and lifting which was a lot of water weight as you know but for my frame I feel it helped make me look fuller and actually gave me motivation thinking so. Since getting sick in November/December of '08 I have gotten myself BACK UP to the current weight of 143.2-145 and I am maintaining that at the moment. It is very hard for me to gain and yes I have tried dieting and also eating shit food just to gain, my family says it was the same way with every guy in my family until they hit 25+, when they saw me putting on weight so quickly they knew I was on something so there was no hiding it; it was a great feeling and made me overly positive until I got sick and basically fell back down.. I'm slowly getting on my feet and hopefully people here can motivate me and give me some advice. For my chest, it's always been hard for me to develop; I had started to get to a good platform and then that's when I got sick. My arms have always been great, they are the first to grow so there isn't a problem there. My back has been good, but now it's lagging since I started at a new gym and they don't have the t-bar etc like I'm use to. My legs, I don't need to even tell you-I rarely did them and now I'm forcing myself to hit them hard and focus on them a significant amount. Shoulders are also no problem for me, I have huge ass shoulders and that's basically genetic. I don't think I'm forgetting anything else, I'm just hoping people here will understand my body type and not hype up 'diet diet diet' because I have tried. I have purchased DBOL once again and was going to do a cycle with that, also have test-e for up to 8wks at 500mg wkly but I don't feel AAS knowledgeable enough to take it yet so I need opinions on that as well.

    Goals:
    165-170 pounds, LEAN!

Here are a few progress pictures from what I came from and where I went.. None are really THAT current I don't believe.

That's funny because I just laid in bed and then realized I never posted the goals, but they are simple! 165-170 lean, that's all I ask!

As for diet, I won't lie.. I eat everything, I keep the calories and protein high; I'm keeping this thread as honest as possible in hope's of getting good advice.

I do try to eat good though but with my schedule I can't find time to always eat good.. I try to go for cottage cheese, yogurt, steaks, burgers, chicken, cheese, rice, corn, protein shakes *but dont rely on just them*, breads.

Honestly I can't say that this year I have been consistent with lifting, I'll go for 2 weeks straight a month then stop once I realize my weight isn't going up and I can't get it out of my head that you have to wait for results. I feel like I look a shit load different since I went back down to 140 and I feel a lot less motivated.. I can tell I did lose a lot in legs which motivates me to hit them as hard as I can every leg day, and I did gain a little fat around my tummy but that is nothing. Gr!

Thanks, I am basically back down to nothing now.. Just have arms to show, I have a wrist injury at the moment that's keeping me back from lifting plus I'm working on a new routine that'll hopefully help out. Its been a month since I've been in the gym, hopefully once this wrist injury goes away I'll be fine.
