How do you prefer to make YOUR food?? What grille? Spices? Pepper?

I am currently using a George Forman and not closing the top lid and using just the bottom level to grille my chicken and then flipping the chicken once that side is done. I was noticing when using the George Forman closed that the chicken would come out very dry.

I am no thinking of using my grille outside for cooking.

Also what spices and pepper and what not do you put on ur grilled chicken and or steak/ london broil. I am trying to make meals a little more enjoyable so I am looking for some options here.

Do you eat mainly everything plain??

Any good hidden recipes that are easy to make for a meal??

    Let me know, thanks.

use spices they wont hurt you, if you use the right ones, just try to stay away fron too much salt, mrs b spices dont have sodium in there so i use her alot...i use ginger and chyenne pepper, cumin, celery seed, dill a lot of things to make it not so plain, if you research some of the spices even have benefits to them............there is alot of thing out there to spice up your meats and greens that dont have sodium or fat..........read labels...

Brush you chicken with a little olive oil and lemon juice and slap it on the Foreman! Tastes great and I have found it seems to combat drying it out.

i used to cook the chicken, then take it off the grill and inject with an 18g with a water based spice marinade, then wrap in foil to let it finish cooking with residual heat, good stuff

I hate when I make a big batch of some dry ass chicken. I like to add about a tsp of olive oil and spice it up, keep a good eye on not over cooking it.

How do you guys cook your lean ground beef?

I usually do my chicken in a pan with a red tomato based sauce (e.g. bolagnese, napoletan) or in the microwave for 5 mins covered with saran wrap which comes out very juicy because its essentially getting steamed.

I pretty much live of minces. I rotate through turkey, chicken, kangaroo and beef mince with some type of red sauce.

Very easy. put a kilo of meat in a large pot, constantly, mix, cook and separate with a wooden spoon. Once all the mince is just cooked add any type of pre-made sauce. My one has 11g carbs per serve and a few grams of fibre. there are 4 serves to the jar and to a kilo of meat you would probably have 250g or 4 serves so it all adds up. i usually add cinnamon to it. try it you might like it.

For less carbs you could use just straight 100% purees tomatos but you will need to add grlic, onions and spices. The pre made tomato based mix has about double the carbs but it not a diet a buster just take it into account. Cutting up onions are a bitch.

I use red pepper, black pepper, and some hot sauce on most foods. And i'll have to try the injection method for the chicken, sounds good.
