    My First Cycle

    I just started my first cycle today, Im using Test E at 500 per week for 10 weeks. My questions are should i keep up with my cardio even though Im trying to bulk up more muscle or is cardio gonna work against me? when should I start to notice the benefit of the test? and how much extra size do you think I'll get once Ive finished my cycle?

    hey man, good luck, what is your cycle? what is your bf%?
    Cardio is good for you to decrease the risk of any cardiovascular disease!

    I dont know my body fat percentage, I do cardio at the minute (about 45 minutes every second day) just wondered if I should carry on whilst on test.

    IMO,If thats you in your avitar and you want to lean out more, I'd keep up the cardio.
    I start to feel the effects in 3 to 4 weeks, with a good diet and training, you could exspect somewhere around 12-20lbs.
