seems to always happen to me with the quads...i feel it the second the pin goes in and then i gotta find a new spot... actually happened last two times i hit the quads

X2! Ive knicked something that would cause muscle to twitch but if twitching/pain isnt bad, i keep going. If u really hit a nerve u know bro! Its bad sting, mean twitch, after u pull pin out its more sore then ur injection! Even had a bruise once from hitting a nerve! Always in quads, sucks! Hit it a few in tris too!
