even though you're on the more realistic spectrum of things i would have to say you are NOT 18% bodyfat, you are realistically probably about 14%, i have been, and witnessed, countless 9 point calipers on peeple over the last year and 18% doesnt have abs..this is a compliment by the way lol (unless of coruse you're holding a lot of fat in your lower back or legs?)
