    Pro/fat and pro/carb vs. pro/fat/carb meals

What are your thoughts about this?
I found that pro/fat/carb meals work good for me, but i would like if you share your experiences.

aside from the fat storage aspect of combining carbs and fats, I prefer separating them b/c it's a somewhat easier way to plan out your diet and keep track of what you're eating....

I combine them in nearly ALL meals. That's because I take fish oils with every single meal I eat regardless of time of day or carb content.

There is absolutely no problem combining carbs and fats as long as its the right types at the right times and you know what you are doing.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

@chubbsubb: I think it's more difficult to mantain carbs and fats separated.
