Hi everyone Im new to these parts so I'll just ask my question. I started working out a year ago with some good results, but Im getting alot of different answers on the diet question. Im 26 yrs old, 215lbs, 14% bf, 5'5. I just was wondering the type of things I could eat and not eat.ie roasted chicken as appose to baked chicken. I want to know also what type of calories, protein, carbs i should take in. Im wanting to be 225 and solid as a rock.
