    How does age effect diet?

Hi everyone Im new to these parts so I'll just ask my question. I started working out a year ago with some good results, but Im getting alot of different answers on the diet question. Im 26 yrs old, 215lbs, 14% bf, 5'5. I just was wondering the type of things I could eat and not eat.ie roasted chicken as appose to baked chicken. I want to know also what type of calories, protein, carbs i should take in. Im wanting to be 225 and solid as a rock. Im sorry if this is a little sloppy and I thank you in advance for your answers and comments.

Ok! great thanks. How do I get rid of the water weight I have. I tried water pills but I don't think they worked well. I get alot of different answers and the firefighters and paramedics I work with don't understand why I would want to get rid of the excess water. I'll be happy to post pictures. It feels a little weird taking pictures of myself Lol. Thanks guys I really appreciate the responses. I don really know how these forums work so if I screw up please tell me. Thanks guys.

At 5'5/225lbs and solid as a rock (say 10%) you should plan on doing the USA's or Nationals next year as you should be able to diet down to a LightHeavy Weight and destroy everyone there and then win the under 202 Mr Olympia title in 2011.

sorry guys Im tryin to get my camera phone to work. I am farm raised country boy so I guess I've been lifting my whole life, but lifting with a gym for about a year. The reason I say water weight is because everyone at the gym says it looks like im retaining water. Ill understand this phone yet. Thanks for your patience guys.

But with all types and conventions of dieting, you must first establish your metabolism functioning like a well-oiled machinery. What I've learned from my health coach and expert, Christopher Guerriero -- the more stable and increased your metabolism, the better for your body to work in accordance with your preference. I'm positive that he can help you out. Good luck! By the way, age are just numbers -- everything's a state of mind.

There is an onslaught of new members pimping this health coach. They are nothing more than thinly veiled ads.
