    clen and cardio

    how does you hr fluctuate during cardio while on clen? If so do you obviously drop either the incline or speed on the treadmill to get your hr in your zone?

    I usually do 45 min, 3.0 incline @ 3.2 mph keeps my hr right around 115-121 where I need it to be....

    Pops how the hell are you???? I am running clen right now too and it's ****ing killing me!!!! Has me shaking all day!!!!! But I am trying to lose up to 15lbs and be ****ing shreaded!!!!!! I want to drop down to 195 and after that I will bulk up again and try to put on at least 25lbs!!!!!!

    Been good bro! Thanks for chimin in! So far I have dropped from 196 to 188 with the change of diet and cardio. I still feel good and am still strong. Good thing.

    I dosed the clen easier because of the last time I ramped up too fast and couldnt stand the sides.

    day 1 - 40mcg
    day 2 - 40
    day 3 - 60
    day 4 - 60
    day 5 - 80
    day 6 - 80
    day 7 - 100

    and today is day 8 @ 100. Not too sure if I will go beyond this. Just not sure how to taper down from here. Also, I had to get some taurine the other day. MAN were my abs in pain from cramps. Taking 3g of taurine and all is good. Let me know what you think of tapering down. Or anyone else. Thanks....

    Pops I was told that you should run it for 14 days to get the best out of it. After 14 days your receptors are not going to accept it anymore and it basically does nothing more for you. As for ramping down you got me on that one. I was going to run the following dose for 2 weeks:

    Day 1: We all know I ****ed this up 200mcg
    Day 2: 25 Morning 25 Afternoon
    Day 3: 25 Morning 25 Afternoon
    Day 4: 35 am/35 pm
    Day 5: 45 AM/45 PM
    Day 6: 50 AM/50 PM
    Day 7: 60 AM/60 PM
    Day 8: 70 am/70 pm
    Day 9: 75 am/75 pm
    Day 10: 80 am/80 pm
    Day 11: 85 am/85 pm
    Day 12: 90 am/90 pm
    Day 13: 95 am/95 pm
    Day 14: 100 am/100 pm

    So that way I am always ramping up and I come off after 2 weeks.....We shall see how the sides are......If I have a heart attack I will write back after I get out of the hospital.... LMFAO!!!!! Good Luck with your cutting and Read the comment I left in members pictures!!!!

    I've been following your posts since your first week on Spawn Pops..I am in the same boat pretty much; 35yo, 6FT, 230ish at 17%BF. I am on my last week of Spawn and going to follow PCT with Clen. I've used it afew times before with good results with the following.
    Day1-60mcg
    Day2-3 - 80mcg
    Day4-6 - 100mcg
    Day7-11 -120mcg
    Day12 -100mcg
    Day13 - 80mcg
    Day14 - 60mcg

    if your going to just do 2 weeks on 2 weeks off id just ramp up like your doing till the sides are too intense and ride it out till the 2 weeks is done then take 2 weeks off and do it again.....i dont see the point in tapering down, i feel your results will suffer.....most peeps monitor its effectiveness buy monitoring there temperature, not just the sides....surch for perfect beasts FAQ thread it will answer all of your questions....

    thanks for the response guys. I think Ill stay at 100mcg until day 14. I am already used to the sides so why taper down. However, I am also taking Benadryl after 80mcgs to help me fall asleep...dont forget the taurine!!!!!!!!!!!!
