Extreme dedication to diet and training with good genetics.
umm shoot self in head, wait for decomposition then you should be around there after a few years
seriously though diet and training would be key during this time if you want to cut down

I wouldnt hold your breath for 0% bf ever.....sub 5 is incredible.
id say 6% would be ideal and its more to do with were you hold it and how its distributed over the body than actual figures??

diet down to 2% then dont drink water. lol
I think sub 10% body fat looks cool but gross at the same time. I think ideally I'd stay at 12-14%.
First thing,flex wheeler was the only guy ever to register at 0.
Do you know how hard it is to get to 4%?
and when you reach 4% to maintain that level?
also, I dropped down to 6.5% last fall, and I felt awful. Tired and fatigued, couldn't even seem to think as clearly, everyone is different but I know my body well and I know that didn't work well for me at all.
