soo i have been lifting for about a year now but just recently coming back from an injury that sidelined me for awhile...i have always wanted to do it but never did and finally want to act out. im 5"11 around 185 and my goal is just to simple blow up and get some huge gains...i have been reading around but its kinda hard i would learn better if somebody way teaching me thats just the way i liearn so if somebody out there could please help me out that would be of much help thanks![]()
