    Possibilities of cycles.
    Ok i am a beginner and have no illusions of grandure. or excessive knowledge on the subject of steroids but from my fairly extensive research I think that this would be a decent plan.
    I am thinking about firstly using Anavar because there are proven connotations that it can help to reduce fat and is used to cut. I am intending on using it for an 8 week cycle at around 50mg a day. I have decided to use it initially because it is the safest of the AA (oral) steroids. I am still going to use a PCT but I will not mix any in with my cycle. Now I am undecided whether or not I will use a small two week cycle of dianabol at a relatively normal dose of 40mg per day to kick start the cycle. I am thinking that a cycle of Anavar will be relatively good to begin with without the Dianabol kick start. I am fairly committed to my fitness endeavors so I think that I will be able to just cope with initially the basic fat loss and slight build in hardened muscle.

    My plan is over a period of months to do another cycle of anavar and kick start the cycle with dianabol to give a mental edge, as it increases size rapidly. Im still a bit sketchy as to how long one should use it to kick start a cycle so im keeping at relatively low extent.
    After I have finished my two anavar cycles I intend to (several months on of course) do a six week cycle of Dianabol at 40mg per day for 6 weeks. In conjunction with this cycle I intend to use Nolvadex and Proviron to help stop the binding process of estrogen and help stop the creation of it. I will use these as a PCT on all of the cycles but in smaller doses with the anavar.
    I am looking to initially use the anavar to help me reduce fat on my body, I have been working at this for some time and want to use it to just firm up a bit. Im not looking to get absolutely huge or have any ridiculous amount of water retention so I think that this is the gear for me. Tell me what you think of the long term plan for the cycles for 2010-11 and if you have any suggestions that are relatively risk free as well feel free to share your thoughts.     age- 24
    height- 5 10 (growth plates have fused no more growth possible)
    weight- im at about 76 kg
    body fat- 15%

    I put on a bit of wight because I did some damage to my back and was advised to stop weight training, cross country training and take up swimming. I took on sea swimming and put on a bit of fat to combat the cold. Now i have been back into the running and the weight training an want to use theanavar to help me along. I am not big on the risks side of things as I would like to remain relativly healthy and anavar seems like a good choice from my research. I wouldnt mind building a bit of muscle to fill out a bit but I much prefer just firming up.

    also been training since 2006 in wweights and since i was 15 in cross country.

    76kg, gear is a waste of ur time

    gear wont make u gain weight without alot of food

    i suggest u up ur calories and start training

    also ur running is hindering ur muscle gains, remeber that

    u can bulk up first, ur drop ur bf since ur 15%,
    i think u should hit 12% which i consider a good bf%

    leave gear alone, u can still grow naturally VERY easily, IMO u could put on easy another 15kg of muscle naturally
