    PRE Cardio, and POST Cardio

    Hi,

    I just wanted to confirm what im doing is right.

    Before morning cardio ('empty' stomach) I take BCAA's and 5g Glutaimine

    Post Cardio I have Oats and a Protein shake with my Animal Pak and Amino Supplement, and BCAA's.


    Does this sound right to you?

    Ya, sounds sufficient..although you want to remember that post cardio your still in the fat burning stage for close to an hour. When do you eat breakfast?

    x 2 , i would wait at least an hour to eat.

    Thanks - I usually eat breakfast right after - I dont wait the hour. But sounds to me like i should; so from now on i will wait one hour after cardio.
