i'm really seeing some stuff here. my squats went from 190 max to 250!!! that's almost 25%
in all fairness, i've never focused much on legs before, so i expected a big increases as long as i used proper technique and dieting - which i did. but 25%!
bench is up about 12-15%, as are all of my other upper body maximums.
i feel great - don't sleep more than an hour or two at a time, but still feel great.
