    3rd 1/2 cycle

    Guys I am wondering what youns think I should do for my next cycle? I am looking to gain strength and size. I am 24 and lift serious. I weigh #188 right now with pretty low body fat. I have done a few cycles in the past when they were available. Wanna keep it pretty basic.
    Here is my background on cycles.
    1st cycle Test e 12wks 500mg/wk
    2nd cycle Test e 500mgs 12wks
    Deca 250 mgs 10 wks
    Kinda 3rd cycle PH 6 wks ago I done M-drol for 4wks

    Got a lot of strength off the deca/test cycle and gained some good strength and weight off the mdrol.

    Please give me some good advice and help! all is appreciated

    I am trying to grasp how you only weigh 188 after 3 cycles and you lift serious.

    Before you look at more steroids you need to look at how you lift and eat. 188 and your a serious lifter? Come on man.......

    how tall are you? 188 pounds could make you big or really skinny.. depends how tall you are

    I am 5'8". Before I started lifting I only weighed bout a buck 60. I think I have put on pretty good weight. 188 aint too bad. Look at Franco lol

    I've got a respectable amount of cycles under my belt.

    I'm 6' and 210lbs, BF is sub 10% but that's only cause it's the end of summer.

    But I'll keep running AS probably for my whole life. and I'll never be over 225lbs. I'll only get that size when I'm winter bulking.

    I don't have any desire to be 240lbs, a pro BB my height would be 300lbs in the off season and certainly would never want to carry that kind of weight around.

    Not everyone eats, lifts and takes AS for size only.

    If I had the option of trading Jay Cutler bodies forever, I'd say, "NO" with zero hesitation.

    I feel the same way man. I would like to get about 200lb and stay around there. Just needing some help on my next cycle to get me there
