Mg for mg is M1T harder on the liver than an oral steroid such as d bol? I've read conflicting things on this. Is it true that pro hormones have to pass through the liver twice? If this is the case does it make pro hormones more toxic?

yes it is alot more toxic all methylated orals avoid the first pass throught the liver enzymes so they make it to your blood stream, otherwise you would have to dose in the 100mgs
M1t is methylated and d bol is methylated; so why is M1T more toxic? I think I'm not getting something here. Okay so this is what I gather from my research: d bol ( and I'm just using d bol as a reference here) is methylated therefore the compound methandrosanolone passes through the liver un harmed. 17-methyl-1-androstene-17b-ol-3one, also a methylated compound, gets converted to 1 test in the liver through some process. Does this make M1t more toxic mg for mg?
M1T does not convert to 1T is stays M1T the chemical alteration be dehydrating the compound is what makes it more toxic.
M1T is essentially dehydromethandrosanolone.
different compounds have different attributes usually thew ones that can be effected by aromatase and convert into estrogen are much milder becasue not all of the chemical is being processed through the same pathways
10mg of dbol doesnt all stay dbol in your blood, a portion of it interacts with aromatase and converts to estrogen
and a portion of it interacts with the 5ar enzyme and converts into M1T
so your body has an easier time breaking down that 10mg of dbol
M1T cannot interact with the 5ar enzyme or the aromatase enzyme so 10mg M1T stays 10mg M1T and your liver has to work harder to break it down leading to higher toxicity.
Okay, cool. So M1T is more toxic. Thanks.
If you do any type of oral steroid make sure to get some Ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA). This works better than milk thistle. You don't want to take any chances when it comes to your liver.
