Ive been reading various forums about what to use for my first cycle and PCT for over a couple weeks now, so I decided to finally register and post! First off I will list my stats. My age is 22, my height is 5"9, and body weight is 175lbs.
I have been weight training easy for about 2 years now, but really have been training hard for a year now. I have cross country running trained and still do for the past 4 years.
I have had my diet in check this year also. I eat 5 meals a day. Breakfast I eat a huge bowl of oatmeal, with a whole grain bagel. At 10 am, I eat one turkey sandwich, with cheese, and whole wheat bread. At noon, I eat 2 chicken sandwiches on whole wheat bread, with a bag of whole grain crackers. At 3 i eat another whole wheat turkey sandwhich. At 6 for dinner i usually eat a mix of rice, chicken, or some kind of meat.
I work out M W F at 545am to 710am. M Chest and tri's and abs. W back and bi's and forearms. F shoulders and trap's and abs. After each work out I take a shake of whey protein; and every day I take Mega Men's Sport vitamins twice a day as recommended.
I am looking to start a cycle, and just want to Bulk up some, not HUGE gains, but enough to notice. I want my first cycle to be very simple, with minimal sides.
I think I am going to want to do a cycle of test e 250 mg/w or 500 mg/w.
I think i have found that to keep it simple, for first cycle, most people just use Nolva for PCT 2 weeks after the last shot, but not sure on doses and length.
I am totally new to AAS, just have been reading and gathering information.
