    Gathering information for 1st cycle...

    Ive been reading various forums about what to use for my first cycle and PCT for over a couple weeks now, so I decided to finally register and post! First off I will list my stats. My age is 22, my height is 5"9, and body weight is 175lbs.
    I have been weight training easy for about 2 years now, but really have been training hard for a year now. I have cross country running trained and still do for the past 4 years.
    I have had my diet in check this year also. I eat 5 meals a day. Breakfast I eat a huge bowl of oatmeal, with a whole grain bagel. At 10 am, I eat one turkey sandwich, with cheese, and whole wheat bread. At noon, I eat 2 chicken sandwiches on whole wheat bread, with a bag of whole grain crackers. At 3 i eat another whole wheat turkey sandwhich. At 6 for dinner i usually eat a mix of rice, chicken, or some kind of meat.
    I work out M W F at 545am to 710am. M Chest and tri's and abs. W back and bi's and forearms. F shoulders and trap's and abs. After each work out I take a shake of whey protein; and every day I take Mega Men's Sport vitamins twice a day as recommended.
    I am looking to start a cycle, and just want to Bulk up some, not HUGE gains, but enough to notice. I want my first cycle to be very simple, with minimal sides.
    I think I am going to want to do a cycle of test e 250 mg/w or 500 mg/w.
    I think i have found that to keep it simple, for first cycle, most people just use Nolva for PCT 2 weeks after the last shot, but not sure on doses and length.
    I am totally new to AAS, just have been reading and gathering information.

    welcome.

    I think you're a bit on the young side to start cycling.

    And no offense, but that diet is sub par. You don't even have any protein at Meal 1.

    It looks like you kinda know what your doing. My first cycle looked like this

    wk 1-12 test E 500mg/wk

    Then pct of
    Clomi 50/50/50
    nolva 20/20/20/20

    My gaines were good put on about 30 lbs kept about 20. Sides werent too bad, some acne and hairloss but nothing major. I would recommend this for a first cycle. Maybe throw some dbol to kickstart it if you want 25mg/day would be enough for a first timer. Good luck bro

    O and i agree with D7M you diet is bad. Eat more especially protein and you need to train legs as well. Diet is more important than AAS, if you have a shitty diet it doesnt matter how much gear you shoot you wont make gaines

    I did read that at age 21-22 in the beginner forums, if you have a good base, it is ok to start using for a first cycle; which is when your body properly matures. I have worked my diet pretty good for convenience of job and such. But i posted it to get feedback, so i have everything in check for my first cycle. So i need to alter my firs meal, and add some protein as far as eggs and such. Noted. Will 250mg/ew with one injection on sunday night be too little. Should i split it up as far as 500 mg/ew and do one injection sunday night and one injection wednesday night? I would like to keep it very simple, so I dont know if i want to add dbol. As far as the PCT, am I able to just use nolva or do i need to add clomid also?

    I would say nolva would be ok but you want to recover full so to be safe I would run both. You can run 250mg/wk but your levels will be unstable since your only injecting once a week so sides might be worse... Just go with 500mg/wk the gaines will be A LOT better than 250mg/wk. I inject on monday mornings and thursday nights.

    clomid 50/50/50 would be referring to runnin the clomid at 50mg daily each of the three weeks though I would take it for atleast 4 weeks myself. The Nolva 20/20/20/20 is reffering to 20mg daily for four weeks though I would sugest 40/40/20/20 with the nolva meaning 2 weeks at 40mg daily then 2 weeks at 20mg daily.

    I will adjust my first meal to add more protein. I also did note I do take whey protein PWO, which is in between meal one and two for me.

    So a simple cycle with minimal sides would be:
    Week 1-10
    Test E 250 MG / SUN AND WEDS

    Week 12-14
    Clomid 50 ED
    Nolva 40 ED

    Week 14-16
    Clomid 50 ED
    Nolva 20 ED

    Im very, very, very worried about side effects, nut shrinkage, and and Im very prone to Gyno. Is there something I should add to the cycle to prevent sides like this from happening?

    Yeah your diet is a joke to me go to the diet forums and get it fixed up .. read jamy's sticky and watch milos sarcev videos (they are on the sticky)..

    if you have higher bf% (12-15+) you ARE more likely to get gyno .. keep LETRO on hand if you see some gyno signs.. and read about other things on gyno , testE only cycle, and PCT.. unless you are able to answer all your questions in your head you are NOT ready
