lol.thanks at this point those underwear dont even fit my thighs anymore.
    Ive ran test-e,dbol,equipoise,and winstrol

I am just coming off a cycle now of test-e,dbol,and eq. Hoping that during PCT,I can burn off some of the body fat,and get a nice lean muscular look

I am open too any suggestions too help me achieve my goals faster!
Was considering running a cutting cycle after PCT....?

I am from Colorado originally, lol. Lived all over CO, including parts of Denver.

That's the best feeling in the world, isnt it?

You're not holding much bf right now, I'd say just by going back to a basic lean mass diet you'll lose quite a bit of it. Generally people alter their bulking and cutting cycles. A good test prop/winny/eq/clen will get you lookin nice and ripped up.

    Best of luck to ya.

Jk, you should give us a peep at your diet. I think that is where you need the opinions.

You have good food choices, just play with the diet to work toward your goals, if you want to lean out it's simple... Lower calories below maintenance and do cardio for no less then 1 hour 5-7 days a week. You will get as lean as you want to with those simple steps.

You seem to have put on some quality muscle. I agree with you wanting to lower bodyfat a bit you can do it bro it's easy just stay focused. Oh yeah and DON'T CHEAT!!!

The 2nd pic looked like you made good progress. After that I dont think you did anything except add a ton of bodyfat. Suggest you head to the diet section and get things worked on asap. Also, 235lbs and 6% is reserved for the super elite. Not saying it cant be done but you might want to make a few more modest and attainable goals along the way.

hahaha, that's one hell of a goal.

I'm pretty sure 99% of this board would die for those stats

thanks for the responses and advice. I started Monday with serious diet adjustments, and have been doing AM empty stomach cardio every day,as well as some cardio PWO before my pwo meal.

Ok so a more realistic goal for me, 215-220lbs, 8-10% body fat?
Diet is in check, lots of cardio, and still hitting the weights hard. Considering running a cycle of clen as well...?

Oh and here are my beginning stats, and last time I measured was at 8 weeks
    7-20-2009
    Height 6'1
    Weight-201lbs
Body fat-11.45% <Skin calipers< so who knows if that was accurate
Waist-37 1/2" Yeah not liking that so much, lol
    Arms- 14" R/14" L
    Quads/Hams- 25 3/4" R/ 26" L
    Forearms- 12 1/4" R/ 11 3/4" L
    Calves- 15 3/4" R/ 16" L
    Chest/Back- 42"
    Shoulders- 48 1/2"
    Neck- 17 1/2"
    Hips- 37"

    >

    And 8 weeks
    9-15-09

    Height-same
    Weight-224lbs
    Body fat-did not measure
    Waist-39 << yeah I know not good!
    Arms- 15" R/15" L < +1"
    Quads/Hams- 26" R/ 26" L < at least they are even
    Forearms- 12 3/4" R/ 12 1/2" L < not quite popeyes forearms lol
    Calves- 16 1/2" R/ 16 1/2" L < not bad I suppose?
    Chest/Back- 44 1/2" < gained some!
Shoulders- 52 1/2" my biggest gain!
    Neck- 17" < smaller lol
    Hips- 37 1/2"

I am going too do my PCT, then take measurements again, and hope for some nice numbers, really hoping for a smaller waistline and lower body fat %

Congrats on your improvements but to me I wouldnt of thought you would of needed any cycles to get to this point, just a couple months hard training.

Youve made some progress. I can tell your delts/pecs, and abs have grown. Might want to work on the bis a little, but overall, your doing good. A clean diet should lean you out easily. Keep it up.

OK it seems many people dont like to be honest but you really have no business doing a cycle yet. You have to much body fat and low muscle mass. Your goals are fine but you should be doing a lot more to reach them by diet and exercise.

Why is everyone in a rush to do a cycle and saying people look like they have made great gains on cycle when they havent? You should look 10x better than you do now before you even think of touching steroids...

    Sorry Im just being honest.

^^ lovbyts,I prefer brutally honesty, cause its the way I am as well. I do not bs, I speak my mind

    >oak2429 why would I want too put on more mass, when my body fat is already out of the 'ideal' range. I am better off cutting, and getting body fat low, then clean bulking and never getting this much body fat again.

I was always very lean, 150lbs,and 170lbs all the way up until I was 24yrs old. I was on the swim team in HS, played basketball, and did track. I had a visible 6 pack all the time, and ate everything in site.Classic ecto-morph I suppose. I worked out constantly, but had no idea what I really was doing, just copied other guys in the gym. I got a little stronger, but never bigger.

Well when I turned 24, I joined a gym near my house, and met a guy who started educating me on fitness, and nutrition. He was not an expert, but he sure had the physique too motivate me. He really made me focus on squats, and stiff leg dead lifts more than anything. Eventually I starting gaining weight, while my abs were still visible.

Then I enrolled into school for Kinesiology, where I learned a lot of things that no one ever taught me.Should of learned more about nutrition, and diet than I did,but oh well. Once I graduated I worked at various gyms, while I was building up clients too build my own business.During this time I looked like I did in the 2nd pic, with the bamboo.195-200lbs,still had visible abs. But being in the gym all the time, seeing this huge ripped guys, made me want to get big, so being the impatient person that I am,lol.

I did a little research, but not enough and got some gear, and went right too it.Well and now here I am. Right about 230lbs, and I could not say my exact body fat %,being the margin of error with skin calipers is crap.I prefer underwater weighing.
But I can say I am not happy with it! I would like too get down to 215lbs, and 9-10% body fat,at least that would be a starting point for me. I think that is a realistic goal at this point, I have been doing an ass load of cardio,as well made some serious diet adjustments.
