    Clenbuterol specific workout??

hey guys couldnt really find a specific thread so i thought ill try my luck....

i started my clen cycle(powder) and have been on it for 2 days... i am confused on what kind of cardio training i have to do ....i specificly want to loose fat..

i have done 35 mins of running on a treadmill at 200heartbeats/min straight no breaks and have done that for the second day... i done some research they say i should keep to 150 beats/min which is the fat burning zone ... i would fine 150beats/min very easyyy to achieve.... and confused on what heartbeat/min i should try and work under... i am unfit aswell... if someone could post a nice workout guide for clen it would be good also guys

say i was going to train natural and burn fat natural and say i was training 150heartbeat/min at 40-60min that would be easy to achieve because i am unfit there fore my heartbeat would be high but say i was pretty fit im guessing i would have to up the intensity and it would get more harder as i got fitter is that when usuali ppl hit clen just to get there heartrate higher and not have to train so intensive .....and do use bilieve in the fat burning zone or just to go hardout .... because i had a mate that was 120kg = 220pounds lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks on clen runnin @around 200heartbeats/min and a cuzin that had the same results??? please help thxx

Are you sure that you are keepinf 200 BPM for 35 minutes straight? LOL Something is off. You are FOR SURE not doing 35 minutes at 200BPM! That is CRAZY! How old are you?

Heart rate is above normal which could mean your not ready for clen or not healthy or have high bf%? Post your stats. Also i would train/cardio naturally and in regular base in combination with a good diet to get fit first before thinking of clen and its risks.

check your blood pressure. Dont get confused about calorie burned at heart rates. Clen raises your body temp so you burn fat faster. Any kind of cardio, rowing, bike would do IMO.

We have parts of your stats here.

The bf and age jump out at me first.

I think that you should drop the clen for now.

Loosing weight, for your particular goal, can be done with cardio and diet.

Now, your doing a great job at the cardio aspect of this, so congrats with the effort!

If you post your diet in the diet section of the forum, one of the dietitians there can help you out.

Try to be as specific as possible, and be patient for a response.

It depends who is working over there when you post.

    Best

Google search "training with heart rate".
Here is a simple heart rate calculator.

    http://www.runningforfitness.org/calc/hrzones.php

Enter your resting and max hr.

You best bang for you buck would be doing intervals. Google search "interval training with heart rate" or "interval training for fat loss".

A good return on investment are Tabatas.

If you're doing the intense intervals, skip the clen and 'cuts.

Yeah man... It actually sounds like you are killing it on the cardio so the problem must be with your diet. Have you posted in the diet section yet?

He is 20 yrs. old haha that got me when I first read it. Then when he said he was 20yrs. old that made more sense. Still a bit high, but his main goal is fat loss and he is not trying to spare muscle right now, so that's good.

O.P. The incline walking is fine. If your heart rate is elevated to the point you want it, it makes little difference what type of cardio you are doing. Of course that only applies when you are concerned with just fat loss. If you are trying to prep for some sort of athletics then of course you want to tailor your cardio to help you prepare for whatever specific athletic you are training for.

Your body uses different energy systems at different excersion levels. At 65% of your max HR your body is mainly using fat as fuel. Intervals "stoke the flame" of you metabolism... Anything else and your burning carbs, ATP. Might aswell be hitting your head against the wall.

If your time crunched doing intervals with the average HR around the 65% is your ticket. Warm up for 6 min> 5 min @ 75-80%, 5 min rest @ 45-55%. repeat this a few times. Cool down for 7 min. Watch some ultimate fighting while your at it.

hey steroid god's i tried the intervals i actualli think i got more results not kilin my self... ran 6.5kms burned about 600-630 calories... i was doin 10 mins on 10KMPH and then 3 mins on 13.5KMPH(sprintin) then 5 MINS ON 5.5KMPH and i kept doing them intervals for 40 mins my heartrate was about 180-185 for the run then prob 190+for sprint and then drops down to 150-160 when walking
