I've just started my Humalog Insulin treatment. I started at 4 IU and will workout my way upto 10 IU every workout. I'm taking it along 100mg of test p ED and 50 mg of dbol.
Heres how I'm running my insulin.
- Immediatley PWO inject slin.
- 5 mins later I drink a shake consisting of whey and 10g of WMS/per IU of slin.
- 1 hour later I eat 50g of chicken breast and 50g of baked potato or oats.
- 1 hour later I drink another shake consisting of 50g whey and 50g oats.
Is this diet and timing fine while running slin?
So far I've been upto 6 IU's and everything is OK no hypo or other sides!
Please let me know if I should adjust anything.
