    Second Cycle Help

    Last March, I finished my first cycle with phenomeonal results. I did a 12 week cycle with var on weeks 8-12 and went from 199 %14 bf to 210 10% bf.

    About 6 weeks ago, I broke my hand and have been unable to do any upper body weights. My weight has gone down to about 208 and I am around 13% bf now.

    I am planning on doing a second cycle now and was thinking about doing test and var again, and my source is pushing me to do EQ as well. I am nervous to do tren bc of the heavy sides associated with it.

    My goal is to gain about 10 pounds of muscle while leaning up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I add EQ? Is there another compound you'd recommend?

    I'm 6'0, 28.

    I'm also sort of depressed right now as I am very limited in what I can do due to breaking my hand. I'm really wanting to get off the ground running when I am cleared to lift again.

    first i would give yourself a month or two after you are released but to get on with the cycle

    If you are looking at gaining ten pounds and stay lean, then I would look at a test prop, e or c cycle with a dbol kicker for the first five weeks, then winny or mast, mast through out the cycle or winny at the end of the cycle...you come up with a plan and I will help you set it up bro...

    I agree Rage about waiting a month or so before starting cycle to ease back into it. I am thinking of doing this:

    Test E Wk 1-12 500mg/wk
    Var 50mg/day Weeks 8-12
    Then, EQ? Winstrol? Mast?

    My first cycle was Test and var so I think I'm ready to add something else, just a little skeptical about the sides.

    mast and winny will keep you lean i feel mast is a lot easier on the body IMO

    I am not a big fan of EQ but that is me bro,

    if you go with the winn I would start it on week 7 or 8 and run it till you start your PCT at or around 50mg ed,

    the mast i would run through out your cycle at 75mg ed

    and eq I would run at 600 plus mg ew but you are on the right track bro...looks good

    Thanks Man, would you run Winstrol and Var together? Isn't that counterproductive?

    Not at all bro you will get a sick cut out of it.....cant think of anything that will cut better then those two put together and keep the strength up..

    Rage I really appreciate your opinion. I'd like to get really cut so I am definitely keeping the var, the winstrol I'm going to have to weigh the pros and cons of the side effects.

    What if I added Mast to the test and var? How would you incorporate it? All 12 weeks?

    I love mast and believes it works better then winn and you dont suffer the sides that you would on winn, mast will make your muscles feel like a rock, and make you strong as fuvk, it also will keep the estrogen down in the body..keeps you from having to us a AI during the cycle IMO

    Do you run it all twelve weeks or just towards the end of the cycle, like winn?

    Rage pretty much summed it all up. I just have a quick question: Were you eating below, at, or over maintenance in calories during the cycle?

    Awesome. I definitely trust Rage just was curious if anyone else wanted to chime in.

    Workout freak I was ingesting about 4500 calories a day, about 300G protein a day with complex carbs.
