Last March, I finished my first cycle with phenomeonal results. I did a 12 week cycle with var on weeks 8-12 and went from 199 %14 bf to 210 10% bf.
About 6 weeks ago, I broke my hand and have been unable to do any upper body weights. My weight has gone down to about 208 and I am around 13% bf now.
I am planning on doing a second cycle now and was thinking about doing test and var again, and my source is pushing me to do EQ as well. I am nervous to do tren bc of the heavy sides associated with it.
My goal is to gain about 10 pounds of muscle while leaning up. Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I add EQ? Is there another compound you'd recommend?
