The title says it all. I'll be beginning a 12-week Test E only cycle soon and am currently getting my diet/stats/program/etc. all updated and on paper. I really like taking Jack3d pre-workout and love the effects of creatine monohydrate and beta alanine as mass builders. Is this sort of supp (NO type products) a no-no on gear? If so, would ephedra be any better?
