    Pre-Workout on Cycle?

    The title says it all. I'll be beginning a 12-week Test E only cycle soon and am currently getting my diet/stats/program/etc. all updated and on paper. I really like taking Jack3d pre-workout and love the effects of creatine monohydrate and beta alanine as mass builders. Is this sort of supp (NO type products) a no-no on gear? If so, would ephedra be any better?

    I've used pre workout supps on gear without any problems, but some suggest you should save it for your PCT phase to help keep your gains. You won't have any problems getting mass built on if you're on gear and your diet/training are in check. If you're looking for a pre-workout energy kick, you can pick up some caffeine pills for very cheap that will get the job done. Or sugar free Red Bull.
