hi i would like to know what would be the best gear for me to take to gain strength fast and no more than 10lbs bw preferably no weight gain just strength and what kinda cycle to do it on. my stats are 5,8 186lbs 10% bf 20 years old been training 4 about 8 years and hard for about 5-6 years i have takin one crap cycle that nothing came from and i just want to get my bench squat and deadlift back up thanks
