why is deca called deca

just wondering i no its the ester and so on but i just think its weird the way we all call it deca, ive just been thinking bout this today. i was explaining to a friend in the gym about esters such as test enth and tren enth and how they are nothing alike then he was asking about sus and the different esters in that and then he said 'yeah well sus has deca init' i cudnt expain why deca was called deca after this lol i no its nandrolone with the decanoate ester and sus also has the decanoate ester

its short for both nandrolone decanoate. and deca durabolin.

i thnk cus deca durabolin was the first nadrolone made and the nickname came from that. I could be wrong about the first thing though.

Yes, but where your buddy got lost is at the Testosterone Decanoate. Deca Durabolin is Nandrolone Decanoate.

And people call it Deca because the first Nandrolone Decanoate brand was Deca Durabolin. So Deca in short.

Kind of like "Test" for Testosterone. Or Sus[t] for Sustanon. Or Tren for Trenbolone. Or Dbol For Dianabol. Or Nolva for Nolvadex. Or Clomid for Clomiphene Citrate (Clomid was again the first brand to produce Clomiphene Citrate in bulk).

I call Nandrolone Decanoate or NPP Nandrolone. This way you can also see if the guy you're talking to has a clue of AAS or not.
