newbie lookin into doing his first cycle

im looking into doing my first cycle in jan , im just getting as much advice as poss atm b4 i start ,

it looks like im doing 10 wks of test n deca followed by nova , clomid.
i havnt been given the precissions as yet, but will post them up as soon as i know ,to see what you guys think .

im 6ft 4in . weigh 200lbs, age 37 , train 5 days a week , been training 4 years, not sure fat percentage , very clean diet 6 days a wk .

drop the deca, how many mg of Test per week you are planning to inject?

500mgs test e for 12 weeks would be perfect followed by a nolva/clomid pct.

I would agree with the above, you dont need the deca, if you have built a good solid base from yrs of training you will be like a dried sponge when you start gear and you should achieve great gains if your diet is in order.

i was told 400mgs , but thats one persons advice , thats why im tryin to build as much info , my diet is pretty sweet now ,

400-500mgs would be fine ,make sure you have all your gear and extra nolvadex on hand for gyno problems while on cycle ,if you feel any sore/itchy nipples on cycle start to take nolvadex at 20mgs every day untill its setled down then 10mgs he remainder of your cycle right up to your pct ,pct starts 2 weeks after your last injection.

A basic first cycle is around 500mgs for 12 weeks, if you need your diet tweeking post it up in the diet section and the guys down there will design you one to suit your goals on the cycle.

that is one thing im making sure of <having it all b4 cycle starts. is a 23, 1.25in needle in a 1ml syringe fine for glutes ,

perfect imo ,depending on body fat % a 1.5 or 1.25 23g is perfect for glutes.
