Do steroids improve stamina?

Im not talking about sex. Just when you run and things like that. I've heard that they do, just wanted to confirm/deny this. I think it would be pretty cool to be able to run futher

there deffinately are some that do, for example winstrol ...but then there are some that will have an adverse effect, tren comes to mind. With the winstrol it is common to experience some joint pain, and if your sport is high inpact in nature this might become an issue.
Im sure one of the pros around here can ellaborate some more, but hopefully this helps a bit.

My endurance goes up considerably. This would be due, in part, to the higher RBC. Depends on the gear your running.
