What is a good first cycle

I am 30 years old and was wondering what a good cycle for someone new would be. I have a friend that does d-bol with sustanon 250 or deca and uses clomid at the end of his cycle. He swears by that cycle but i just wanted your oppinion. thanks

IMHO, start with a basic Test cycle. There are 3 for beginners on the main page that includes PCT.

As papa said a test only cycle would be the way to go for a first cycle followed by a proper pct
