I've done 5-6 cycles till last year I've been on almost consistantly for 14+ months.
I took one break where I just went down to 200mg of test a week.
Currently Im running
500mg Cyp
600mg Deca
Lifting 15 years
29/210lbs/6%/6'
Im looking the best I ever have now, even when I was heavier...

tons of Test C and Deca
3 bottles of EQ
1 bottle tren
Dbol/Anadrol/Anavar/Winny (not much var and winny left)
Tren/Winny dont really work for me, too much acne... just mentioning them tho.

2mg IGF-1
I was thinking of dropping the Deca as it kills my sex drive and I am sick of that part of it, but I love it... so its hard..
Adding in 3iu of GH on workout days with IGF and running 50mg of ADROL with 30mg on DBOL daily.
I read before some good articles on combining ADROL and DBOL, basically 1+1=3 kinda deal.
I have a bad low back injury so my training is worked around that, heavy compound lifts are out...
Im eating about 220g protein a day and 3000-3500cal.
