i am natural, been lifting 7 or so years without ever touching juice... i am 5'9 190 ... don;t know my bodyfat, but i would say 9-10%
i've dieted many times and got shredded through liftin, cardio and eatting right... i didn;t have a 6 pack, but had a nicely defined set of abs.
The problem I have is everytime I carb down, I lose so much muscle and get super weak. I always have atleast 150g of protein a day... Just curious, but how much better results would i yield from taking just a cycle of winny pills be? Would there be a large difference from taking winnys and not doing it?
