gyno that comes and goes?

Is it possible? maybe a different kind of gyno? I'm not sure

I'm about 14 percent b/f and for a few months ill have a large under-nipple lump and then it will get smaller/softer for a few months. I have never cycled AAS, have cycled Ph's many times, but had this lump since I was young, way before I started lifting.

Any ideas? thanks in advance.

check bloodwork level....sound like your estro level is not stable.
