how long does it take for it muscle glycogen to be stored as fat.
i.e. i had a cheat day where cabrs came from ice cream a chicken salad roll a lean meat sandwich and oats. very low fat.
if i train the next day will it still be in my muscles or be stored as fat by then. i know i should have trained but i didn't believe me this a rare occasion but i want to know how bad it is. if it still is in my muscles then in my point of view its not that bad as i will be able to utilize it in the next days's training.
