    Been a while

    5 month to be precise.

In that 5 month I have taken a complete break from diet and training. Maintaining a one day a week full body workout. That's it.

Inevitably, a lot of strength has been lost (not as much as i thought mind), and i've lost about 1.5 stone in lean mass. Leanness has been retained.

Now the time has come to get back on the road, and this has started with a 4 day/wk split, and a committed diet schedule. Easy.

I am looking to go back on Jan 2010. Prop/Tren.

My question is, Test E 250mg/wk with 20mg d-bol/day until that time to go back "on" comes to gradually pick things up where I left off 5 month back, and hopefully by the time Jan does come around, I would of gained a lot of the lost strength back and retained a muscle fullness, consequently putting me in a good starting position.

    Thoughts?

    welcome back mav!

i dont know man, i say u keep dieting and training hard up until Jan, naturally. then when that time comes you go ahead with your proposed cycle. i think your results will be better that way as well. my opinion

    Sup Mav,

I think you should train naturally for a bit. You've got an excellent base, but I don't feel like you need a low dosage of test just yet. Muscle memory should do wonders, if you've only been lifting 1x per week.

Get back into training with the split "naturally" and home in the diet... I would give it a couple of months, and then blow up in January.

One thing though... weren't you recently cruising and blasting? or am I mistaken... (if so, this just gives another reason to give your receptors more time to clear, etc.)
