Ok, i know by the title i sound bad, but as of right now i know im still learning, and i know i am no where near ready to start up anything but i have a few questions i kinda like to understand.
Ill start of with saying that i am 21yrs old, i am 6'1 and 300lbs. ive been working out for 4-5 years solid for football. I feel like im at a stage where i need to get stronger but cant by just continuing the lifts i am doing. I need a boost because i want more gains. According to a few body fat percentage calculators i have done, i am around 23%.
Im looking for a short cycle that will get me some serious gains fast. But i dont want to be on anything for more then 2 months really. Im not sure if that is possible but something along those lines is necessary.
An example cycle guideline would be very helpfull so that i can learn more about a product i might be taking or shouldnt be taking. i want to know if it is even worth doing a 1-2 month cycle.
any info will be helpfull and appreciated.
