    Say you wanted to......

    Say you wanted to really bulk up for the winter and then in the spring do a cutting cycle. You are in decent shape but definitely wouldn't mind a lower bf% so you wanted to get big but not add alot of fat, or retain alot of water. Say you were early 30's, clean diet and have been training seriously for over 5 years. Say BF round 15% and you were clicking the scale at 220 lbs

    Which compounds would you use?
    How long would the cycle be?
    And what would the dosage look like?


    Obviously there would be a killer PCT regime but I am not interested in hearing about that yet. What would you do?

    I would diet down to 12 % before I'd cycle.

    Then for bulking Probably Test E 500mg/week @ 12 Weeks

    I was around 12% bf when I started, so I would advise you to diet a bit first.

    3rd cycle
    30 years old (1st cycle test c, 2nd cycle deca/sust)
    220 lbs
    working out 15 years, 5 years serious training

    Would like to get up to 240 and keep as much as possible obviously. Want to really bulk up for the winter and then in the spring do a major cutting cycle.
    I dont want alot of water retention or alot of gained bf.

    Would like to know whats a good bulker and cutter. I was considering a NPP/TEST P or DECE/TEST P cycle but want your opinions. I have the ability to get any compound out there.

    Since you have high bf id say cut down to 12% but if your not going to listen i would suggest this

    1-12 500mg test e
    6-12 tren ace at 50mg/day

    I have no problems listening bud, as I want your opinions. What I have a problem with is all the drama some people add to the simple questions that are asked. Seriously, what are you guys on public forum for if its not to help others?

    Is it wrong to ask other persons opinion here? I never said I didn't know about bulking cycles, that never came out of my mouth, matter of fact I have done fairly well for myself. But people want to assume that they are the smartest around when it comes to this. Seriously stop the raging and just try to be helpful! DAMN!

    On that same note, most that been here have a sense of humor. As long as there is something that is outrages, degrading or extremely insulting I don't see how people here can get that mad and return there response with expletives.

    The questions being asked are for your benefit. Past cycle experience plays a big part in what advice they give you, everybody reacts differently to cycles and these guys will give the best advice with the info given. If you want a vauge answer don't waste their time and just study the stickies.

    Look up the threads by Marcus300 regarding priming and see what you think. A 8-10 week prime done correctly to lose some of the bf then a solid cycle will change the way you look completely. After the prime you are in the perfect environment to gain quality muscle with out too much bf. Good reads and well worth the effort.

    Dont forget its poor diet that gains most of the bf and water when you cycle not the compounds you use . Friends of mine diet for lets say top end shows on powerful compounds , they dont gain crap weight due to a good diet.

    All posts taken into consideration. Now I will answer the questions asked:

    I have done 2 previous cycles, but it has been over 4 years so I dont remember the PCT but do remember the compounds.

    1st cycle: Test E - 400mg/wk for 14 wk
    2nd cycle: Deca 375/wk Sust 500/wk dbol (only 2 wks)

    Just got back from my checkup and had bf checked, I am at 13%. I am at 218 lbs today and am 30 yo. Had great gains with deca/sust after I discontinued dbol use (losing hair rapidly). After I discontinued the dbol and about 4 weeks into this cycle gains were impressive. My PCT wasnt the greatest which is going to change this time around. I know how important it is.

    Want to get a nice bulk cycle in, then wait about 3-4 months and then hit a bulker. I can get pretty much any compound. I prefer to shoot ED or EOD, I dont mind at all, and I will only shoot in my glutes.

    So best bulk cycle with not alot of water retention knowing what you know?

    And I DO appreciate any constructive responses!
