Say you wanted to really bulk up for the winter and then in the spring do a cutting cycle. You are in decent shape but definitely wouldn't mind a lower bf% so you wanted to get big but not add alot of fat, or retain alot of water. Say you were early 30's, clean diet and have been training seriously for over 5 years. Say BF round 15% and you were clicking the scale at 220 lbs

How long would the cycle be?
And what would the dosage look like?
Obviously there would be a killer PCT regime but I am not interested in hearing about that yet. What would you do?
