I say you find another competition. Is it bodybuilding or powerlifting? If it's powerlifting.... try entering off gear anyways.... it would be good experience. Same for bodybuilding..... great experience.

Could you..... sure...... but realise what you could be doing to your body. Is it worth one competition?

Lets start here: Stats? we'll take it from there.....

Have you ever competed before? You should really post a picture if want to get good advice. There are a few people than can get in contest shape in 6-8 weeks but not many and the ones that can are usually seasoned competitors.

The 6-8 weeks isnt about your ability to eat clean, its about your bodies ability to burn fat, re-carb and drop water. Thats what Fireguys talking about, seasoned guys bodies are already use to doing it and that what makes it possible for them to do prep in a shorter time.

if you wanted to you could finish this cycle, start dieting 12 weeks out and then run prop and winny the last 4-6 weeks.

you dont want to give yourself 8 weeks, diet like crazy and realize that you needed another couple weeks to get into real shape, go up on stage look fat and feel like shit.

i just did my first one, i dieted 13 weeks and started at about 13% bf, i could have used another week though.

just my two cents, but either way i would def recomend entering a comp. It was truely a life experience for me

Start dieting now. If it's in April why are we talking about only having 6-8 weeks? Maybe I missed something. Is this an NPC show?

its 6 months away and this is his first comp to reason to start dieting now, for my first comp 12 weeks was more than enough dieting for my fir time, and i wouldn recomend about that time for anyone else as i was dieting with someone else who tried dieting for 16 weeks and fell apart with 3 weeks left.....if its your first show i would keep it simple with a prop and winny. If you stop at the end of the month that would be an 8 week cycle plus 4 weeks for pct which would put you off till the end of feb for you next cycle and then you could run 6 weeks of prop and 4 weeks of winny, run that with some clen, t3, and eca and you would be g2g for you first show, trust me man you don't want to be going heavy on your first non natural show, or your first show in general for that
