I have been working out for some time now and have never taking a cycle. My friend Recomended Test Prop and Decca 300. How should I take it and what else should I take before or durring to prevent gyno or other bad sie effects? I am almost 26 6'4 225 lbs bout 14 % body fat. My goal is to get bigger and be as safe as possible? Sorry if i sound like a dumbass.I just dont No.
