Ty357 I know you are tall so are you doing squats? I think you would benefit better with either Hack Squats and very heavy leg presses and some lunges, also remember working quads is only working "half" the leg, gotta hit those hams really hard also....You have made some good improvements!!!! Keep up the great work and once your legs catch up to your upper body I'm going to start calling you "Dexter"!!!!!
P.S. The vasularity in your legs is un****ingreal!!!!!
