Hey there guys been a long time since i have been on the site , sorry been busy . So heres the story i have been in a bad motor vehical accident , some broken bones and plates and screws . Because of accident , bad diet and self loathing . I lost a lot of muscle mass 230 + / 14 % body fat down to 180 and who knows how much BF i was packin .
So ive picked my ass up and through diet and wieght training i have gained back some much needed muscle - also lifting good wieght again .

My question is when should i bring the winny in , i have enough to run the whole cycle . I have read that some guys run it in the beginning of a cycle and some run her in the end . Can i run the whole twelve ? Just wondering what u guys thought![]()
