    Advanced clenbuterol question.

How's this for a broken record post:

I want to use Clenbuterol however I'm afraid of the side effects...

I've read in several academic journals that taking the clenbuterol can result in infiltration of collagen into the heart and therefore cause hypertrophy of the ventricles without any improvement in diastolic and systolic activity which increases risk of aortic dissection etc.

All I want to do is 3x 2 week clenbuterol at a max of 120ug with a 2 week break every time.

Is their any study or evidence that once you stop taking the stuff... That your heart will return to how it was before you commenced? I cant seem to find written anywhere if the collagen infiltration in rats was permanent or not.

Has anyone ever done clenbuterol for extended periods of time (more than above) and then done an excercise ECG with no problems? (their must be someone on the board out there somewhere).

Thanks for the help. I can assure you i've searhed long and hard for these answers so hopefully it will help everyone. thanks!

IF u decide to run it, then post us some stats.
    Age?
    Height?
    Weight?
    Training Experience?

Coz u cant just jump on 120mcg a day. This needs to be tapered with effects experienced.

Well if I do try it, it would be the 6 week cycle combined with T3 that a very reputed member posted on here. His name escapes me.

Maybe I should be the guinea pig and get an exercise ECG before, then again after the 6 weeks to see how it effected my heart if at all.

Also, RE: The alcohol analogy: No, because clinical evidence supports the liver being a very forgiving organ. Yet I cant find clinical evidence to support the heart hypertrophy going back to normal, or if hypertrophy happens at all in humans for that matter.

Well if anyone is interested in the research I've done so far. Clenbuterol is shown to cause left ventricular hypertrophy in rats over a 3 week period. Left ventricular hypertrophy is caused by athleticism in Humans and requires no treatment. Their is criteria for this condition that can be measured with a simple ECG which i'm sure there are bodybuilders out there whom have had one after having had a clenbuterol cycle.

Hopefully someone will post an experience.
