Taking ephedra cough pills with Guaifenesin

Hey,

Just wondering - is it dangerous to take too much Guaifenesin?

I found a product that contains 12.5mg Ephedra HCL with 200mg Guaifenesin per pill..

So if I took 6pills/day getting in 75mg Ephedra HCL, that would give me 1200mg Guaifenesin per day. Is that dangerous? Would it be dangerous if I took it everyday for several weeks?

Everybody is going to react differently....

I took the exact same stuff and never had any issues. I ran it 2 weeks on 1 week off.

Make sure you drink a ton of water.
