    Nolvdex only for pct?

    Would Nolva only be good for pct? I plan on running test and dbol as soon as I get all my gear. I;ve already got the nolva on hand and was wanting to know if there is anything else i should look into getting for the most productive pct. Also wondering how long i should take the nolva. I've read that 4 weeks is the usual but would running it longer be beneficial?

    Why don't you have a look in the pct forum?
    You will need also clomid (clomiphene citrate), probably.
    Not to mention HCG (not in pct though).

    what do you think would be a sufficient bf% to start a cycle?

    I'd say atleast 15%, preferrably lower though. I am currently around 12% myself (calipers).

    well heres my problem. Everytime I start to hit the weights hard and consistantly I do start to get gains relatively quickly, but i seem to get big everywhere. Im not obese or anything but my abs are covered and has always been. I've unfortunatly got an endomorphic body type and its very hard to get under 200lbs. Even when i got out of basic training i only got down to 197 and at the cost of a lot of my muscle mass. It didn't take long to get it back but I also got back my 38" waist. No one can tell but me because everything grew in proportion due to my lifting. I was hoping to put on some more muscle with a cycle and try to lean out around feb. This time hopefully keeping more muscle when i trim down. Any advice?

    well there seems to be so many conflicting opinions on what "eating right" is. I include veggies at every meal and a minimum of 40g of protein. I try to go a little light on the carbs being that i gain fat easily. Ill only have one source for my carbs per meal. Like today for instance I had a beef tortilla and green beans and pinto beans with the tortilla being the only carb source. I also try to avoid excess fat like discarding the skin from my chicken breasts etc. I workout everyday except for sundays alternating between cardio and lifting. My cardio consists of running at between 2.5 to 4 miles first thing in the morning monday, wednesday, and friday and sometimes a 2 mile run in the evening. Im currently trying a full body weight training program. I do those on tuesday, thursday, and saturday evenings for about an hour or more. I know most everybody does the one muscle group a week training split that I've done myself many times but I honestly always have gotten my best gains from doing full body workouts. Everytime I change my workout and try the typical bodybuilder split my gains come to a screeching halt. What do you think about my current routine? Any advice would be much appreciated.
