hi guys , my questions is this; ive been bulking up for the last little while, but i recently started noticing huge veins on my bicep going all the way down my arm to the forearms, looks really freaky!! just wondering how I am able to see this if my bodyfat (guessing) is around 15-18% ... i was told that you dont start seeing vascularity till you in the low single digits... does that mean my body fats lower than im guessing? also wondering if the 5g of creatine is causing the veins to pop out, not that im complaining, i love them!!!
