Over summer i ate like shit , drank lots of beer and layed around. That was a mistake and i hate looking at the result in the miror. MY question is besides a good diet and excercise would the use of maybe clen and t-3 be a good combination for weight loss or do you guys reccomend something else. could someone suggest a good diet plan for me and workout schedule , cardio can be included.. I was at 180 and im up to almost 200 lbs. Not 20 lbs of muscle, but unwanted fat. please help , it makes me sick.
