Need a Little Advice

Im Currently coming off of and eight week 100mg tren and 100 mg Prop EOD I just started my pct Running Clomid and nolva only right now I have HCG however i did not run it on cycle because of the simple fact that I wasnt sure how to use and still am not totally sure because iver heard alot of different things and read alot of different articles saying different things my question is should i still use the HCG can I and how do i do it? Any help is appreciated thanks
