There seems to be allot of different views and opinions between people with what is the best steroid or if HGH helps for tendons and ligaments I have had on and off problems with my elbow that was before hurting on the outside then went away and now its hurting on the inside, also I have pain on the inside of my knee which is felt atleast once or twice everyday and worse when I do squats, though I have noticed that that knee is weaker on squats (like it slightly wobbles or moves whilst I squat).
I have just started doing light weights and soon to get a cortisone injection for my shoulder impingment pain and elbow too.. (hopefully).
So is there anything I can take that will aid the maybe strengthening/healing of these areas whilst I am doing light weights?
