    Thumbs up clen!

    i am running a cutting cycle consisting of test prop,winny,but wat i want to know is what is the best way to run the clen???

    hight 5,9
    wieght 19st any feed back wud be greatfull as i havent wrote i a while

    ^^ Hi Mate, forget about the Winny and Clen, u are borderline obese, get your diet in check and get ur bodyfat down to between 12-14%, None of these compounds will help u if ur diet aint right, Cardio is your friend, specially on an empty stummick....

    x2, diet and cardio, i wouldnt be goin takin clen, your heart could be stressed enuf due to excess weight

    yeah mate.....get a good diet and good training routine going...cardio and weights....once you have done this you will see great results......then look into clen......id leave the steroids alone till you have a good BF% then maybe look into them.

    Get your diet and training in check. If you really want to use a thermogenic, try an ECA stack or albuterol. These are less harsh on your heart.

    how are you guys able to give this advice, without knowing his bf% ??

    and for you guys in the UK, cant you just look up the conversion, and post your bodyweight in pounds?? people are probably more inclined to help, when they know what you mean. id guess that 90% of the members here would need to go google a conversion method, to figure out your weight. not making a jab at you. just giving some advice, that would allow you to get better advice.

    as for the clen, most people will say to run it a week on, and a week off. start your dose small, and work your way up.

    I would do 2 weeks on/2 weeks off. Work your way up to a dose you can tolerate.

    well at 5.9 and 19 stone his BF will definately be high or he is a Beast....19st is about 270lbs...this is the reason why we are giving the above advice..because at that weight...diet and cardio will achieve great results......then when he hits a plateu he has something to get past it i.e the clen......

    get on the treadmill, put that badboy up to 20 kmph, put the incline up as high as it will go and just run through the tears.

    failing that the diet section is a good place to start for cutting!

    bmi

    my bmi is 13 !my diet is in order so im not some fat ass noob as i used most aas & trained for 18 years all i was looking for was info on clen!

    bmi doesnt mean sh!t though. its your height, compared to your weight. your BF% is what is important.

    5'9 270lbs and not obese????? Can you post a pic? Bro I dont think anyone is trying to flame, its just that for an obese person to take clen is dangerous. It would be much safer to utilize a good diet and cardio plan to get the bf% down before you think about using something like clen.

    theres no trouble for me workn lbs into kilos/stone so wats ur prob, if you dont like uk/irish posts dont bother with em

    how bout you open your eyes, and read more of my post, instead of just what you bolded.

    i have no problem with where people are from. but considering that 90-95% of members on the forum, are from north america. then it serves his own purpose better, to post his stats in a format that has instant meaning to those majority members. because there is planty of people who wont even bother replying, since they dont know what his weight is. it takes much less time for him to post the conversion. then it does for a thousand other people to look it up.

    if someone doesnt wanna post the most useful information, thats their perogative. but they will get less reply for their question. it was just a friendly tip.
